魔戒中詩

真金未必閃閃發光，

流浪未必前途茫茫。

年老未必就將力衰，

根深就將不畏冰寒。

星星之火也會燎原，

微光亦能打破黑暗。

断剑終有再铸之時，

無冕王者終將再臨。

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander arelost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by thefrost.
From the ashes a fire shall bewoken,
A light from the shadows shall spring,
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.
